This Shipping Policy details how Do Fast Inc (doing business as “Merci Perfume”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles shipping, returns, and refunds for Products purchased on https://merciperfume.com (the “Site”).
1. Shipping Scope
- Domestic Only: We currently ship solely within the United States due to restrictions and regulations around shipping flammable or alcohol-based products (such as perfumes). We do not offer international shipping.
2. Shipping Carrier and Timing
- Carrier: Orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service), subject to USPS guidelines for flammable products.
- Processing Time: Most orders ship within 2 business days after receiving cleared payment. Business days do not include weekends or federal holidays.
- Tracking Information: We will provide a USPS tracking number in your account page once your order ships.
3. Shipping Costs and Estimated Delivery
- Shipping costs, if not waived, are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
- Delivery estimates are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Unforeseen delays (e.g., weather, carrier disruptions) may occur.
4. Returns and Refunds
- Return Eligibility: Unopened and undamaged Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, with original packaging intact. If a Product’s seal is broken or appears used, we reserve the right to deny a refund or charge a restocking fee.
